Responsibilities

  • Handling Inbound &Outbound calls
  • Assisting customers with inquiries, providing services, and information, resolving issues and maintaining accurate records.
  • Having very strong communication skills and the ability to handle clients' issues and provide solutions.
  • Follow script and guidelines to ensure consistent customer interaction and may need to escalate complex cases to supervisors.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Record all the transactions and conversations in the client relations management system.
  • Prepare reports once needed and as per the work process.

Qualifications

  • College degree in Business Administration
  • 0-2 years of experience in a related role.
  • Bilingual speakers of Arabic & English.
  • Willing to work in shifts time.
  • Arab Nationals Only.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: KD300.000 - KD350.000 per month
